地铁桥下的免费课堂 / Class Under the Metro Overpass
在印度首都新德里东北部郊区的一处地铁高架桥下，40多名来自附近贫民区和乡村的孩子坐在地上，跟随两名老师免费学习数学、英语、地理等知识。他们没有整洁的教室，没有像样的文具，也没有统一的教材。创建这个课堂的是一名商店老板，他希望通过无偿的方式让穷苦的孩子能够学到必要的知识。这个课堂已经开课2年多，除周日外每天上课两个小时，最初有4名学生，如今已有40多名学生。
The class, founded by a government shopkeeper, has been running for more than two years under the metro overpass in suburb area of New Delhi, capital of India, attracting over 40 children from nearby slum areas and villages. Without charging any money for tuition, two teachers taught the children about English, Math, Geography and so on, according to the class founder.
